Konatamo LLC, at the registered address above, is the entity responsible for the content of the satooB website and platform within the meaning of Section 18 of the German Medienstaatsvertrag and equivalent legislation in other jurisdictions. No natural person is published as the responsible party — Konatamo LLC, as a U.S. legal entity, assumes the responsibility through its single member.

VAT and tax

Konatamo LLC is a U.S. legal entity and is not subject to EU VAT registration. Services provided to EU business customers are invoiced on a reverse-charge basis pursuant to Article 196 of Council Directive 2006/112/EC ; the recipient is responsible for self-assessment of VAT in its Member State of establishment.

For business customers established in the United Kingdom, services are similarly invoiced under the UK reverse-charge mechanism.

Online dispute resolution (EU consumers)

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform ("ODR") accessible at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. EU consumers may use this platform to seek out-of-court resolution of disputes with traders established in the EU.

We are not legally required, and we are not voluntarily willing, to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration entity within the meaning of Section 36(1)(2) of the German Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz. Disputes may instead be brought before the courts of competent jurisdiction in your country of residence under Section 14.2 of the Master Terms of Service.

The content of the satooB website and platform — including text, images, logos, the satooB mascot, the satooB and Konatamo wordmarks, and the satoPOINTS / satoQUEST / satoVOUCHER product family — is protected by copyright, trademark, and trade-dress laws and is the exclusive property of Konatamo LLC or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of any portion of the content requires our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted in the Master Terms of Service.

The satooB website may contain links to external websites operated by third parties. We have no control over the content of those external websites and assume no liability for their content. Liability for the content of external websites lies solely with their respective operators.
