Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Starter plan is free forever — no card required. You get the full platform with a 12% commission taken only when you fund a campaign, plus the 5,000 satoPOINTS welcome bonus after KYB approval.
What's the difference between the plans?
Every plan includes the full platform. Paid plans lower your commission (12% → 7% → 4%) and lift the limits — more team members, more active satoQUESTs, more AI generations, plus e-commerce and reporting features. Pick the plan that matches your volume.
Can I try a paid plan before paying?
Yes. Growth comes with a 30-day free trial and no card required up front. If you don't add a payment method before the trial ends, the subscription simply stops — you're never charged by surprise.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime, from your billing dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades at the end of your billing period. We bill through Stripe, which prorates the difference automatically.
How does the commission work?
When you fund a pack of satoPOINTS, the commission is the percentage we keep to run the platform — the rest goes to your reserve to reward your customers. The rate is fixed by your plan, so you always know it in advance.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
Yes. There's no lock-in — cancel from your billing dashboard at any time and keep access until the end of the period. Unused satoPOINTS in your reserve can be refunded per our refund policy.
