Pick the employee
Each cashier has a coloured avatar and a four-digit PIN. The screen shows everyone with one tap.
Type the PIN
Bcrypt-hashed, anti-bruteforce backoff, optional device binding for higher tiers. Auto-submits when the four digits land.
Validate the action
Scan the customer's QR for cashback, scan or type the alpha-code for vouchers, or hand-validate a magic-word quest. Three taps, done.

Quick answers
Do I need a specific device ?
No. The register runs in any modern browser — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge. We test it on phones, tablets, and laptops. The most common setup is an iPad on the counter.
Does it work without internet ?
It needs a connection to validate transactions, but it caches the session for 8 hours. If the network drops mid-validation, the open transaction completes locally and syncs back when the connection returns.
What if a cashier forgets to log out ?
Sessions auto-expire after 8 hours. There is also a manual « end shift » button on the home screen. Every login and logout is captured in the audit log so you can review activity at any time.
How many employees can I add ?
