A keyword hidden somewhere on your site. Players follow clues and report what they found.
An ephemeral code dropped during a livestream or story, valid for a limited window.
A two-to-four option poll. Voting alone earns the reward — no right answer.
Sign-up rewarded via a webhook from your website or CRM. Validates new leads instantly.
Customer satisfaction survey with rating, free text, and multiple choice widgets.
A magic word the customer says at checkout. Validated in the mobile cash register.
QR check-in at an event or store — one scan proves presence. Add an optional riddle to turn it into a treasure hunt pointing to a QR hidden in your shop.
Receipt-based reward, calibrated to the basket amount. Fully detailed on the Cashback page.
A clothing chain with twenty-six points of sale across two countries needs to reactivate dormant customers ahead of the spring collection. They set up a satoSCAN treasure hunt, set a fifty-thousand satoPOINT budget, and prepare three riddles that route players to three flagship stores.
Within ten days, six hundred and forty players complete the hunt. Footfall in the three stores grows by forty-one percent versus the prior week. The marketing team duplicates the campaign for autumn — the runtime stays under twenty minutes per launch.
Forty-one percent footfall lift · twenty minutes to relaunch
You only pay a small commission on the satoPOINTS you actually award. No platform fee, no per-seat charge.

Yes. Every quest has a start and end date. Outside that window the quest is hidden from players. The studio also lets you pause a live campaign at any time.
Each quest exposes a frequency cap (one per account, one per day, one per week, unlimited) plus a per-player ceiling on total satoPOINTS earned. Together they shape an anti-abuse policy you can tune campaign by campaign.
Yes — you can adjust most parameters while the campaign is live (budget, reward, end date, frequency). Quests with completions cannot be deleted, only archived, to preserve the ledger trail.
The dashboard shows attempts, completions, completion rate, satoPOINTS distributed, and remaining budget. Each completion is linked to a player ID, a timestamp, and (for in-store campaigns) the employee who validated it.
