Introducing satooB: one balance, every brand
We built satooB so shoppers stop juggling ten loyalty cards and merchants stop building loyalty from scratch. Here is the idea, in plain language.

Open the average shopper's purse and you'll find the same thing: a stack of loyalty cards, half of them expired, none of them used. Open the average small merchant's drawer and you'll find the other half of the problem: a loyalty scheme that took weeks to set up and that nobody looks at. We built satooB to retire both.
The idea, in one sentence
One loyalty balance that works across every brand a customer loves — so shoppers stop juggling ten cards, and merchants stop building loyalty from scratch.
For shoppers: one balance, not ten
Instead of a separate card for every shop, a customer collects satoPOINTS against a single balance. It works at the café, the bookshop and the boutique. It doesn't expire. And when they're ready, points become a satoVOUCHER they spend in store or online. One balance worth keeping beats ten cards worth losing.
For merchants: loyalty without the project
A merchant signs up, gets verified, and launches a campaign the same day — no integration project, no new hardware. Campaigns (we call them satoQUESTs) range from a quiz about your products to a check-in at your shop to cashback at the till. You pay only on rewards you actually distribute.
Why "universal" is the whole point
A single-shop program is only worth a customer's attention if they visit that shop constantly. The moment a balance works everywhere, it's worth everyone's attention — which means a small merchant gets to ride a network effect that used to belong only to the big chains. You're not building a loyalty island; you're joining a loyalty map.
How it actually flows
If you want the mechanics end to end — earning, the merchant side, redeeming — we laid it out plainly on the how it works page. And if you want to see the range of campaigns by goal, the solutions page groups them for you.
Where we're going
This is the start. We're shipping continuously — new campaign types, sharper merchant tools, and broader reach — and we'll post the notable updates right here on the blog.
If you run a shop, the fastest way to understand satooB is to use it: create your merchant account. It takes about five minutes, and the entry plan is free.
