What partners ask before signing up

How does the commission work ?

When you fund a pack of satoPOINTS, the commission is the percentage we keep to operate the platform — the rest is allocated to your reserve and used to reward your customers. Brackets are computed at funding time : a $1,000 pack falls in the 15% tier ($850 net in your reserve).

Can I cancel anytime ?

Yes. There is no contract lock-in. Cancel from your dashboard at any time. Unused satoPOINTS in your reserve can be refunded according to our refund policy.

What payment methods do you accept ?

All payments supported by Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, SEPA transfers, ACH and wire depending on your region). Billing happens in your local currency (EUR, USD, CAD, GBP). The Enterprise tier also supports custom invoicing.

Do unused satoPOINTS expire ?

satoPOINTS in a partner reserve never expire as long as your account stays active. The 1,000 satoPOINTS welcome bonus has a 30-day claim window after KYB approval — clearly marked at signup.

What happens if a customer disputes a transaction ?

For e-commerce purchases you can fire a cancel webhook to roll back the loyalty reward. We also support a configurable retraction delay (0 to 30 days) so rewards can be held in a pending state matching your refund window. Detailed in our refund policy.

Can I use the satoPOINTS myself ?

No. satoPOINTS are intended to be distributed to your end-consumers via your satoQUESTs. The platform supports only one transfer flow : pro purchase → satoPOINTS creation → distribution to consumers via satoQUESTs → satoVOUCHER generation as discount vouchers → destruction of the points on the platform. satoPOINTS are symbolic loyalty points that exist only within the satooB platform. They are non-transferable to any other application, brand or company ; non-assignable to any third party (neither between B2B pro accounts nor between B2C consumer accounts) ; and only convertible into discount vouchers at our B2B pro partners.
