Convert points into 1-10 € vouchers, redeem at the till or at the online checkout.

A satoVOUCHER is a discount voucher you create from your satoPOINT balance. You convert points into a voucher worth 1 € to 10 €, present it at checkout, and get the discount applied to your purchase.
Two channels
- Physical — for use at a participating merchant's till. The voucher carries a 15-minute QR code and a backup six-letter code (
V-XXXXXX) you can dictate if the QR scanner stalls. - E-commerce — for use on a participating merchant's online checkout. The voucher arrives instantly via email and shows in your account, with a copy-paste promo code.
Creating a voucher
- Open your wallet (
/dashboard) and tap New voucher. - Pick the merchant. The picker shows participating merchants near you (physical) or with online stock (e-commerce).
- Pick the amount (1 € to 10 €). The cost in satoPOINTS is computed live with the current spot rate.
- Confirm. The voucher is generated.
Redeeming a physical voucher
- At the till, present your phone screen with the QR code.
- The cashier scans (or types) it in their cashier portal.
- The cashier confirms the discount on your purchase.
- You get a confirmation in your satooB account.
Redeeming an e-commerce voucher
- Open the voucher detail page or your email inbox.
- Copy the promo code.
- Paste it at the merchant's checkout.
What if I forget to use a physical voucher
After 15 minutes the voucher expires automatically. The satoPOINTs return to your balance — no support ticket needed. You can re-create the voucher later if you want.
What if there is a problem at checkout
- The cashier could not scan the QR — dictate the alpha-code below it (
V-XXXXXX, 6 letters, charset designed to avoid typos). - The merchant says the voucher is invalid — double-check you are at the right merchant; vouchers are scoped per-merchant for physical channel and per-pool for e-commerce.
- For anything else, email support@satoob.com — we keep an audit log of every voucher issued and can investigate quickly.
