Your balance, your history, and the cool-off window for pending rewards.

Your wallet is the home dashboard you see when you log in to satooB. It holds your satoPOINT balance, the history of every reward and voucher, and any pending rewards waiting through their cool-off window.
Your balance
The big number at the top of /dashboard is your total satoPOINT balance. Every credit (a quest completion, a cashback validation) and every debit (a voucher creation, a refunded reward) writes a line in your history below.
Pending rewards
Some merchants apply a withdrawal period to cashback rewards — typically 0 to 30 days, with a 14-day default for EU e-commerce. While the timer runs, your reward is pending. It is your reward to claim ; if you request a refund on the underlying purchase before the timer hits zero, the reward is rolled back automatically.
The dedicated /dashboard/pending page shows every pending reward, the merchant, the amount, and the live countdown until release.
History
Each entry shows the date, the merchant, the type of action (quest / cashback / voucher), the amount in satoPOINTS, and the equivalent in your display currency. Clicking on an entry opens the detail with the full audit trail.
Notifications
We email you when:
- A reward credits or releases.
- A voucher you created is redeemed at the till.
- A pending reward is rolled back due to a refund.
- Anyone tries to log into your account from an unknown device.
You can adjust which categories of email you receive from your account settings.

/dashboard/mapshows participating merchants near you and whether they are currently open (handy for itinerant merchants like food trucks).
