What is satooB?
satooB is a universal loyalty platform for any kind of business. You launch reward campaigns called satoQUESTs, and your customers complete them to earn loyalty points (satoPOINTS) they can spend with you or with any other partner in the network.
How does pricing work?
No setup fee at signup, no subscription on the entry tier. You buy satoPOINTS packs as you go — the more you fund, the lower the commission (volume tiers from 20% down to 10%). Billing happens in your local currency (EUR, USD, CAD, GBP).
Do I have to integrate anything?
No code is required to get started. Sign up, complete the KYB (your business verification), launch your first campaign in under five minutes. We provide a mobile pro checkout portal that turns any smartphone or tablet into a validation tool — no expensive POS integration, no software to install.
How are rewards delivered to my customers?
Your customers earn satoPOINTS by completing satoQUESTs. Depending on the satoQUEST, validation is automatic (online purchase, code scan) or done by your team in seconds. Either way, points appear instantly in the customer's account.
Can I cap my budget per campaign?
Yes. Each campaign has a budget cap. The platform stops issuing rewards as soon as the cap is reached, and you can pause or close a campaign at any time.
What happens if a customer asks for a refund?
On e-commerce, you can trigger a cancellation order to revoke the loyalty reward. We also offer a configurable cooling-off period (0 to 30 days) so rewards stay pending while your refund window runs.
How is customer data protected?
First-party data only. Customers consent to share their data with each partner brand at signup. We follow GDPR principles for EU customers and CCPA for California residents. You only receive opt-in data via our optional Data Pack.
What if I cancel?
You keep your historical data and can export it at any time. Unused satoPOINTS in your reserve are refunded at purchase value. No contractual lock-in.
Can I run multiple campaigns in parallel?
Yes. The free tier-1 plan covers up to 3 active campaigns simultaneously. Additional campaigns are available via monthly packs (option in development).
Can multiple team members use the same pro account?
Yes. Each team member has their own PIN and audit trail. Tier limits: 1 owner + 1 member on Free (additional-members pack via subscription in development).

What satoPOINTS are, how to redeem them, and how to keep your account safe.
What are satoPOINTS?
Loyalty points you earn at any partner brand and can spend at any other. They are indexed to a public price benchmark and their value is collateralized by a reserve held by satooB.
Where can I redeem them?
At any partner brand on the satooB network. satoPOINTS can only be converted into discount vouchers at our partners. They are:
- non-transferable to another app, brand, or company
- non-assignable to a third party (neither between B2B pro accounts, nor between individual B2C accounts)
- non-convertible into cash or any other currency
Do they expire?
Standard satoPOINTS don't expire as long as your account stays active.
What if I lose access to my account?
Reset your password from the login page. If you can't access your email anymore, contact support@satoob.com — we verify your identity and restore access.
Is satooB free for shoppers?
Yes, completely free for shoppers. No subscription, no fees.
How do I know which brands accept satoPOINTS?
All partner brands display the satooB badge in-store and online. You can also browse the live merchant map in your dashboard to discover partners around you.
Can I see my transaction history?
Yes. Your satooB account shows every reward earned and every voucher redeemed, with a timestamped history.

Is satooB GDPR-compliant?
Yes — designed for the EU, fully GDPR-compliant. Data hosting in the EU, opt-in consent for everything, full data export and deletion on request. Our data processing agreement is available on request and is published in our legal pack.
What is your refund policy for businesses?
Detailed in our refund policy. In short: unused satoPOINTS in a partner's reserve are refundable at purchase value; pending cashback rewards can be cancelled by webhook within the cooling-off window you configure (0 to 30 days).
Where is satooB registered?
satooB is operated by Konatamo LLC, a software company registered in New Mexico, USA. Registered address: 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA. EIN 35-2955786.
How do I delete my account?
From your dashboard settings, choose Delete account. Deletion is permanent and effective within 24 hours. We only keep records required by law (e.g. tax records for 7 years).
Where do you store data?
Primary servers in the EU (Ireland, Frankfurt) with backups in the US. Customer data does not leave the partner brand's perimeter.

About our brand and symbols
We anticipate questions about why our logo and mascot incorporate the Bitcoin symbol. The short answer is : it's a design choice, not a product. The longer answer is below — and our Compliance Memorandum has the verbatim regulatory analysis.
Why does the satooB logo and mascot use the Bitcoin symbol?
The 'B' in our logo and the symbol on our mascot are inspired by digital reward and gaming aesthetics. They reinforce our brand identity as a modern, digital-native loyalty platform. They do not represent or imply that satooB is a cryptocurrency product, exchange, custodial wallet, or investment vehicle. satooB is a closed-loop loyalty SaaS — see our Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service for the precise scope of what we are (and what we are not).
Are satoPOINTS a cryptocurrency?
No. satoPOINTS are internal accounting units used solely to track participation in Merchant-administered loyalty programs. They have no monetary value, are not legal tender, are not redeemable for cash or any cryptocurrency, and are not transferable between users for value. They may be redeemed only for fiat-denominated discount vouchers honored at participating Merchants. See our User Terms section 'satoPOINTS' for the full description.
Does satooB hold cryptocurrency on behalf of users?
No. satooB does not provide custodial wallet services and does not hold any cryptocurrency for or on behalf of consumer end-users or business clients. This activity is explicitly prohibited by our Operating Agreement (Konatamo LLC, Article 9.3(b)).
Can I purchase or sell cryptocurrency on satooB?
No. satooB does not operate a cryptocurrency exchange and does not facilitate the purchase or sale of cryptocurrencies, security tokens, or any digital asset to or by any party. This activity is explicitly prohibited by our Operating Agreement (Konatamo LLC, Article 9.3(a) and 9.3(g)).
Why is your reward calculation transparent and consistent?
Our reward calculation references a publicly available global price index for transparent and consistent pricing across the platform. This indexing serves only the purpose of producing predictable reward amounts. It does not entitle any user to redeem, withdraw, exchange, or convert their satoPOINTS into the indexed asset, into any cryptocurrency, or into any fiat currency.
